Orders can be collected from Embalenhle, Standerton or Secunda. Delivery may be requested if available for your date and time.

When is an order confirmed?

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. A 50% deposit secures your order, and full payment is also welcome.

Orders are processed via WhatsApp, which is preferred, on 071 827 6957 or by email at info@kholithebaker.co.za. Please send the full order details in one message where possible so Kholiwe can quote accurately.

Include your order details Name and surname, date of function, number of people to cater for, preferred flavour, reference image, theme or colour scheme, and any additional requests such as a personalized topper.

Choose one flavour Please pick one flavour from the flavour list. Mixed flavours incur an additional R50 per flavour.

Reference images guide the style Images shared will be used as inspiration. Your baked goods will be made according to Kholiwe's style and may not look exactly like the inspiration image, even if the image is her own previous work.

Allow 7 to 14 days' notice Shorter notice may be accommodated if the calendar allows, at an additional R50. Responses are usually sent within 10 to 24 hours.

Pay to confirm

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. A 50% deposit secures your order, full payment is welcome, and up to 3 months payment arrangement is allowed. Please adhere to payment deadlines.

Collect or request delivery

Collect from Embalenhle or Standerton, or request delivery. Collections run 10am to 6pm weekdays and 9am to 1pm Saturdays. Delivery is from 5pm weekdays and from 11am on weekends. Please notify us if you need your order before 10am.

Ready to check your date?

Send your name, function date, number of people, preferred flavour and inspiration image. Kholiwe will respond within 10 to 24 hours.
